A career after obtaining your school-leaving certificate (Matura).

We have lots of exciting opportunities for further training, because we are one of the biggest companies in Switzerland. Way-up: your springboard after your school-leaving certificate.

After graduating from school, you can gain your first professional experience with Way-up and obtain a Federal VET Diploma at the same time, because Way-up is a shortened apprenticeship. You will learn in a practically-oriented way in IT, technology, logistics or the office and discover your strengths. You can then register directly at a university of applied sciences and get off to a flying start with the training.
