It’s like writing a letter: each individual letter of the alphabet is essential, but only the combination of letters can produce a complete message. Let’s shape the future of Switzerland together!

We are close to people.

Our values shape our identity as an employer. The human resources policy plays a key role in this and determines our human resources policy goals.

Fair, modern, socially responsible.

Our collective employment contracts guarantee our employees attractive employment conditions. The contracts are the result of constructive negotiations with the trade union syndicom and the staff association transfair.

A smart investment.

The skills of our employees are of decisive importance to our success as a company. That’s why we invest in a diverse and modern range of in-house and off-the-job training courses. Certified courses for specialist and management training, digital learning formats, informal discussion forums – there is a wide range of development opportunities.

Diversity and inclusion are our greatest strengths.

Our employees differ in many ways: age, gender, social background, sexual orientation, religion, world view, language, thinking, beliefs, impairments. We treat each other without prejudice and with an open mind.

Our goal: equal opportunities for everyone and an appreciative, discrimination-free working environment.

Network with others.

We support various networks in which employees organize themselves. In doing so, we foster a culture of diversity and inclusion and promote dialogue among like-minded people. Join a network and get actively involved.

I’ve seen how quickly life can change. This makes an environment in which one looks out for potential rather than restrictions all the more important. At Swiss Post, I experience a genuine sense of togetherness in my everyday work: support, understanding and the opportunity to develop. That, for me, is diversity and inclu-sion. Not as a buzzword, but very practical.
