You ensure Swiss Post runs smoothly.

With us, you get a lot of variety. You will learn how all Swiss Post units come together and how the organization works. You won't just be there to watch, as you'll also play an active role: supporting projects, maintaining an overview and ensuring everything runs smoothly at Swiss Post. You can switch between units every six months. With each placement, your know-how will grow and you will realize how much influence you can have.

To ensure you get off to a good start with us, you should ideally have the following skills and experience:

Before you get started, you'll need certain skills and experience to help you to get the job done. This also means that you have successfully completed compulsory education.

You like to be in contact with people.

You enjoy talking to others, advising people and making their day a little easier.

You want to take on responsibility.

You want to advance your own projects and even manage a team from time to time. You know what it means to take responsibility.

You are reliable and enjoy learning new things.

People can rely on you. You handle all information confidentially and enjoy learning new things.

You’re in for a lot of variety.

This apprenticeship won’t be boring: you’ll be able to see different Swiss Post units and enjoy plenty of variety.

Training and vocational school:

The apprenticeship lasts three years. If you want, you can combine the commercial apprenticeship with the vocational baccalaureate. With or without: you’ll get the tools you need to prepare yourself for the world of work. With us, you can learn, contribute and make a difference. In addition to vocational school, you’ll receive practical training in various placements at Swiss Post, such as HR, marketing, finance, logistics and organization. You can also form a power team with other apprentices and take on your own projects with that team.

You can complete this apprenticeship anywhere in Switzerland and gain an insight into the exciting world of Swiss Post.

And after your apprenticeship?

After your apprenticeship, there are many ways to further your education, with or without a vocational school-leaving certificate:

Diploma

You can obtain a diploma or higher vocational qualification, for example in marketing, accounting or finance.

Higher technical school

In all commercial directions, so that you can immerse yourself even more deeply in exciting tasks.

Bachelor or Master

For example, in business and management, if you want to study and pursue a career.
