You create photos, videos or text and prepare everything in such a way that it conveys the Swiss Post image. To ensure you get off to a good start with us, you should ideally have the following skills and experience:
Before you get started, you’ll need certain skills and experience to help you to get the job done. This also means that you have completed middle or upper secondary school with good grades.
Talk, write, narrate.
You know how to explain things in such a way that others understand them and find them interesting.
You help others with your creative ideas.
You approach people in a friendly manner, listen and help wherever you can.
You have joined-up thinking.
You see how everything fits together and use this to solve problems.
You enjoy designing.
You can design and be creative, but always in a way that is appropriate to the project.
You’re digitally at home.
Everything related to technology, computers or social media has a magical attraction for you.
Training and vocational school:
The entire apprenticeship lasts four years. You can find vacant apprenticeship positions directly at our partner institute BiCT AG. You’ll complete a two-year basic training course there. This will provide you with a suitable basis to get off to a flying start at Swiss Post. After that, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge with two more years at PostBus, PostFinance or Swiss Post.
And after your apprenticeship?
After your apprenticeship, there are many ways to further your education, with or without a vocational school-leaving certificate:
Diploma
You can obtain a diploma or higher vocational qualification, such as the mediamatics technician diploma or the diploma as a web project manager.
Higher technical school
For example, higher technical school qualification as marketing manager so that you can delve even deeper into exciting tasks.
Bachelor or Master
In business informatics, multimedia production and much more if you’re interested in a degree and want to pursue a career.
