Guiding principles
Goals
This guiding principle is binding for all persons involved. It describes the direction of joint work and serves as a tool for improving and developing the quality of education.
General information
We are guided by the principles of modern adult education by applying associative and exemplary learning. This means that apprentices link new and existing knowledge and we use examples to explain general principles.
The learning process
The goal of the learning process is for apprentices to be able to implement the learning content in their everyday working life. The experience of both the apprentices and the course instructors are taken into account.
Training center
We are constantly reviewing our existing range of services and introducing new features, while always taking the interests of the apprentices into account.
The participants
The course participants set themselves personal learning objectives, reflect on their performance and critically consider their learning steps. They also give each other open and constructive criticism. The goal is for them to be able to implement the content they have learned in their everyday working life.
Course instructors
In order to successfully teach the learning material, the course instructors make use of a wide range of methodological and didactic options. They also convey the learning content in a practical way while ensuring the participants understand it (tailored to the target audience). They treat participants with respect and understanding and cultivate a culture of constructive feedback.
