Exciting junior programmes await you at Swiss Post! You’re in the thick of things, taking on responsibility and actively shaping the future. Possible areas and topics include activities in the IT environment or projects in the Logistics Services unit. You’ll gain valuable practical experience, get to know many new people and develop both professionally and personally. Corporate Development Career Starter.
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, mathematics, IT, natural sciences, technology or a similar field. During your 18-month placement at Logistics Services, Swiss Post’s largest business unit, you will be involved in varied and challenging projects. You’ll apply your know-how to high-paced projects, gain real practical experience and take on responsibility from the outset. The projects are selected based on current priorities, but your strengths and interests are also taken into account. At the same time, you’ll get to know lots of people, expand your network and make a real impression.
Your learning and networking programme.
In workshops and training courses with internal experts and external speakers, you’ll acquire more in-depth knowledge of logistics, finance and consulting with a practical focus. You can also take advantage of individual advanced training courses and network in Group communities.
Your contribution to Swiss Post.
During your placement in the Logistics Services unit, you’ll gain insights into various business processes, from goods logistics and national and international letter and parcel delivery to media, advertising and digitization, and actively contribute to how Swiss Post works today and tomorrow.
Your start.
Do you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree that was awarded within the past 24 months? If so, you can start the 18-month Corporate Development Career Starter programme at any time. You’ll be based in Bern Wankdorf, but luckily you’re also flexible and willing to travel as you tackle projects throughout Switzerland.
Your commitment, your salary.
During the Corporate Development Career Starter Programme, you’ll receive an annual salary of CHF 78,500 with a 100% employment level, including a 13th monthly salary.
